Google Shopping Product Feed Generator

Build a Merchant Center feed that passes review the first time

Upload a spreadsheet or enter products by hand. Every row is checked against Google's required fields, price format, GTIN length, and accepted enum values before you export CSV or XML.

Feed requirements
//Every product needs an id, title, description, product link, image link, availability, price, and brand. These generate a red status if missing.
//Provide a GTIN or MPN for every product unless it is genuinely a custom item with no manufacturer identifier.
//Availability and condition must match Google's exact accepted values. Typos in these fields cause silent disapprovals.
//Keep titles under 150 characters and descriptions under 5000. Google truncates anything longer.
//A GTIN must be 8, 12, 13, or 14 digits. Anything else is flagged as a warning rather than blocked, since it may still import.

Three things this tool checks before you export

01
Required fields, checked per row

Merchant Center rejects any product missing id, title, description, link, image link, availability, price, brand, or an identifier. Each row is validated the moment it is added or imported, not after upload.

02
Exact enum matching

Availability and condition only accept specific strings. "In Stock" with capital letters or "instock" with no space will not match. This tool checks the exact accepted values and flags anything that does not.

03
CSV or XML, same validation

Both export formats pull from the same validated product list, so the CSV and the XML feed always agree. If any product still has errors, export asks for confirmation before continuing.

Feed is clean. Need the Shopping campaign built around it to convert?

A valid feed gets products approved. Structure, priority, and bidding decide whether they turn into profitable volume. If your Shopping account needs a second set of eyes, let's talk.
